Join us for this course where we will explore the basics of Raja Yoga Meditation as well as basic principles of positive thinking. We will look at and experiment with the 3 steps of Raja Yoga Meditation and discuss how the quality of our thinking impacts our quality of life.

Some of the topics we will cover:

  • Taking back the power
  • Step back – Observe – Steer
  • Meditation as an all-round medicine

The facilitator this day is Dorte Haun Nielsen, 51, who has been practicing raja yoga meditation since 2005 and works as a social worker in Aarhus, Denmark. Since 2008 Dorte lives in and helps run the raja yoga meditation center in Aarhus and is also engaged in planning and coordinating local and international retreats. Since 2021 Dorte assists in running the raja yoga meditation center in Oslo.

 

The course will be in English.
